Our services

An empty and refill is required for your initial service visit and every 3–4 months when using weekly service. Our first service will include:

• Inspect the spa components to make sure everything is working properly
• Record the model number for future filter ordering
• Empty and clean the spa thoroughly
• Clean the cover inside and out
• Refill the spa with fresh water
• Balance the water chemicals
• Make sure the spa is guest ready

On our once-weekly visits, we will keep your spa clean and ready for use:

• Clean the cover and spa exterior
• Balance the spa water chemicals and add water as needed
• Clean the filter
• Inform the owner of any damage to the tub or repairs needed
• Recommend companies to help with repairs
• Make sure your spa is guest ready when we depart

If you would like to schedule twice-weekly visits, our second weekly visit will include:

• Top off water as needed
• Wipe down the spa’s inside shell
• Make sure the spa exterior is free of debris and leaves
• Balance chemicals and make sure your hot tub is ready for guests

Give your spa a fresh start. Deep cleaning flushes buildup from the plumbing and jets. A new filter is recommended; an additional fee applies for a new filter. This service includes:

• Flush the spa plumbing and jets with jet cleaner
• Empty the spa water
• Get into the spa to wipe away buildup around jets, landings, and seats
• Attempt to gently remove staining on the tub shell and spa components
• Replace the filter with a fresh one (additional fee for a new filter)
• Clean the spa cover inside and out
• Clean the exterior of the hot tub
• Refill the hot tub with fresh water and balance the chemicals
• Make sure your hot tub is ready for guests
